HBO Now is probably the best streaming service out there if you want to watch the hottest blockbuster movies from Hollywood every single month. In March some great stuff will come, including one of the highest grossing movies in 2018, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
There will be quite some amazing movies coming to HBO Now in March 2019, but I also want to mention that the final season of the hilarious TV show Veep will premiere on HBO in March 2019. It will be fantastic to have the series return to our screens, but it is also kind of sad to know that it is soon over!

The highlights on HBO Now in March 2019
The biggest highlight is for sure Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. I have never been a big fan of the Jurassic Park movies, but it is impossible to live and write about movies without hearing about them and in the end, watching them. In other words, I watch Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in the cinema last year, and even though I ain’t a big fan, I had a great time watching the movie. This is a classical dino movie, and it follows the stories from the other movies.
It isn’t a movie I would want to watch over and over again, but since people are attracted to the dinosaurs and movies like this, you should watch it, and also let your teenage kids watch
I guess we wan’t have to wait for a long time to see the next movie. The fact that this was one of the five highest grossing movies in all of 2018 says it all… people love the Jurassic Park / Jurassic World movies.
What about Skyscraper with Dwayne Johnson?
Dwayne Johnson isn’t known to be an actor in the most serious and biggest success movies. But, if you are a fan of the Dwayne Johnson kind of movies, you will for sure enjoy Skyscraper as well. I had a week before Christmas where I watched a lot of Dwayne Johnson movies (including Baywatch, Skyscraper, Rampage and San Andreas), and I had a good time watching all of them. Baywatch was the funniest one, Rampage was the best, while Skyscraper was the one that gave me sweaty palms from time to time. San Andreas was the most boring movie.
There isn’t much about the Skyscraper story that is revolutionary. But, it is still cool to see the stunts of the movie and the beauties of the giant skyscraper. But, again – the story is bad, but it is the mixture of the action and the crazy stunts that makes this a movie still worth watching.
What about The Meg with Jason Statham?
This is a movie I haven’t watched myself, and I clearly steared away from this whenever I looked through the cinema program. I have seen the trailer a couple of times (as I watched other movies in the cinema), but this just looked boring and I have no interest in the movie at all. I know it hasn’t received good ratings, and if I remember correctly, it has even been nominated for a couple of Golden Raspberry awards in 2019. But, who cares – if you like underwater action and some crazy big fish scarying people, The Meg might be exactly what you are looking for.

There is something about this movie that makes it kind of sad, but without making you sad. The songs will keep you happy, but I know several people who were crying as they watched the movie.
