It is quite interesting to see that Rogue One: A Star Wars Story can already be streamed in two Netflix regions, but it is still nowhere on HBO Now. The truth is that lots of the big premieres on HBO Now, often have been made available on Netflix just as early, especially on Canadian Netflix.

There are three movies we would like to highlight from this list.
Collateral Beauty (August 5th)
Will Smith does a fantastic job in this movie. He is a father who lost his child. Most people believe he has gone crazy after this, especially as they discover that Will Smith writes letters. He doesn’t write them to people, but to time, to death, to love and similar objects. This is quite harmless in itself, but when he suddenly gets a reply and meets up with Time, Death and Love, things get interesting. This is a fantastic movie, absolutely worth watching. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (August 12th)
One week after the arrival of Collateral Beauty, another fantastic movie will arrive. This is fantastic in a very different sense, more like a Harry Potter sense. This is not our kind of movie, but if you love those fantasy movies with special universes and lots of magic, then this movie is for sure suitable for you. The movie has a 78% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, testifying of the movie’s popularity among the common man.
We can simply say that based on the trailer above, this is not our kind of movie. But, we know that teenagers love it, and the same is true for everyone who loves a good fantasy movie. Enjoy it on HBO Now in August 2017.
Jackie (August 26th)
This movie will appear on Canadian Netflix already on August 1st, but if you wait for four weeks, then you will be able to stream it on HBO Now as well. Can you imagine what it must have been like to be the wife of J. F. Kennedy? In this movie you meet Natalie Portman, portraying Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy. The story takes place the days following the assassination of her husband.
What you should know about the movie is that it has received great praise from the official critics. At Rotten Tomatoes it has a score of 89% from the officials. It is, however, important to notice that the audience score is only 61%. Is this a great movie for those in the film industry, but the common man finds the movie to be boring? Have you seen Jackie?
