The Expendables can now be seen on Netflix

The Expendables is an American action movie which was released in 2010 and it was written by David Callaham and Sylvester Stallone and it was directed by Stallone who also appears in the movie. The Expendables on Netflix

The film stars Sylvester Stallone as Barney Ross, Jason Statham as Lee Christmas, Jet Li as Yin Yang, Bruce Willis as Mr. Church, Arnold Schwarzenegger as Trench Mauser and so on. The movie shows a group of elite mercenaries on mission to overthrow a dictatorship in Latin America but the group of mercenaries soon has to realise that the dictator is only a small piece in a big puzzle. The special group of mercenaries contains Barney Ross, who is the leader of the team, Lee Christmas who is specialised in blades, Yin Yang who is a martial artist, Gunner Jensen who is a weapon specialist, Hale Caesar and Toll Road. The mercenaries travel to Vilena to overthrow the dictator where Barney meets their local contact, the guerrilla fighter Sandra who helps explore the landscape. Barney and their special group soon have to realise that their real target is not the Latin American dictator but James Monroe who is a former CIA agent. It won’t be easy for Barney to take down the former CIA agent and if he wants to get the job down he will need the help of his old group.

The Expendables generally received mixed reviews and critics praising the action scenes but criticising the story line.
