After an exhausting April with the Game of Thrones premiere and the Avengers: Endgame movie, many of us will look for something to watch on TV while getting our breath back after April. But, what will Hulu has to offer in May that will make you sit down to stream content on their platform?

I read a couple of places that people were really happy about the list of movies and TV shows coming to Hulu in May 2019. I don’t necessarily agree, but there is one really interesting TV show coming to Hulu in May, and that is the Hulu original named Catch 22. This is a brand new TV show created for and by Hulu, and it is directed by George Clooney himself. That in itself should be reason enough to watch it.
Catch 22 isn’t a movie, but it is a TV series about soldiers who are sent into war and with no dreams of really returning. If you are a fan of beaches, then you have probably seen the Baywatch movie from 2017 already. But, have you ever watched the original TV series from the 90s? If not, this is your year, because the full Baywatch series will be added to Hulu in May 2019. Finally you will have the chance to check out what David Hasselhoff looked like in his better days, and if you have never heard of Pamela Anderson, this is your chance to get an introduction to her.
One new TV show coming to Hulu in May is the NBC series named Songland. It will premiere on May 28th, and in this show it is all about writing the perfect song. Here unknown writers can present their songs, and if someone likes it, the way to fame might be paved for the song-writers. They will not perform the songs themselves, but instead, fantastic artists such as The Jonas Brothers and others will perform them on TV in the USA. Doesn’t that sound like a dream come true for someone who has just created songs in the secret until now?
Are you a history freak, then Drunk History is a delightful show. Here you always meat people who drink a lot, and during their dizzy hours, they imagine what history may have been like and how things actually happened. In that way, we will be introduced to interesting historical happenings, and both learn and have fun at the same time. No wonder Drunk History is currently running in its sixth season, this is great stuff!
