Game of Thrones season 8 coming up!

The final season of Game of Thrones is only a few days away. Fans all over the world is waiting for the final season, and in a few days we will get the first episode presented on HBO.

The last season with Game of Thrones will consist of a total of six episodes, making it a very short season. It is incredibly interesting to find out what will happen, as even the author of the Game of Thrones books doesn’t know what will actually happen in the season. There have also been recorded several versions of different scenes, just to make sure that nobody sits on the final information, making it impossible to really leak what will take place in this very interesting final season.

Some selected reporters and critics got the chance to see the first episode of Game of Thrones season 8 a few days ago, and based on the comments I have read, they were incredibly enthusiastic. That is an enormous success for HBO, because to feed reporters and critics so eager to see the final season, and then be met with success and praise, that testifies of the fact that we have amazing things in store for the final season.

The crazy thing about Game of Thrones is how it is getting more and more attention for every season. I have never seen a TV series getting so much more viewers every year. Just consider how it started with only 2 million viewers in the USA in the first season (live TV viewers), and since then it has added almost 2 million viewers extra with every single season. In other words, the seventh season ran with between 12-14 million viewers. What can we then expect when the final season has its premiere on April 14th?

Will you be among the millions of people who watch the premiere on US TV on April 14th? Or will you stream the episode live online on HBO Now? Or maybe you will stream it on Hotstar in India instead? And one more interesting question – can you wait for all the episodes to be released before you get started, making you able to binge the entire season at once, or will you watch the episodes from week to week?
