The Europa League is a fantastic tournament for football players in Europe. But, how can I watch the Europa League online? Which is the best way to stream the different matches from the tournament live online? Are there any free options? Here I will try to give you the best answers available and the information on how you can watch your favorite team.
The Europa League is a fantastic tournament. Even though the best teams play in the Champions League, some fantastic teams still play in the Europa League. But, since the interest isn’t that big for the Europe League, it can often be harder to find a live stream showing the match you might be interested in. So, what places to go if you want to watch football matches from the Europa League on the Internet?
Watch the Europa League online on Paramount+
The best option for those in love with football and the Europe League is to stream many of the matches on Paramount+ (earlier known as CBS All Access). This is a US streaming service provided by CBS. The price is only $6 per month (as of February 2021).
If you decide to purchase a subscription costing you $6 per month, you will get access to many Europa League matches (not every single one), and you will also be able to stream the Champions League online. Isn’t that awesome? The same streaming service will give you access to both the Champions League and the Europe League online!
But it might sound hard to watch the Europe League on Paramount+. Do you know why? If you visit the website, you will most likely see an error looking something like this,
What can you do to fix this? It is easy!
How to watch the Europe League on CBS All Access (Paramount+)?
Here I will show you step by step how you can watch the Europe League online, no matter where you are in the world.
The first thing you need is a VPN subscription to either ExpressVPN or SurfsharkVPN.
These are fantastic VPN providers for streaming, and they will help you watch CBS All Access, PeacockTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer, and lots of other TV networks and streaming services online.
A few words about ExpressVPN
ExpressVPN has servers in 95 countries. They have a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can use one subscription on five devices simultaneously. They have applications for all the big platforms, and if you click the button below and purchase a 12-month plan, you will even get three additional months for free.
A few words about Surfshark
SurfsharkVPN has servers in 65 countries. They also have a refund policy valid for 30 days. This VPN is a bit cheaper than ExpressVPN, and if you click the button below, you will get 24 months of VPN for the price of 12 months. You can use the same subscription on more than 10 devices at the same time, and they also have applications for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, FireTV, and more.
The second thing you need is an existing Paramount+ subscription.
After you have bought your VPN subscription, download the VPN application and connect to a server in the United States. This will give you an American IP address needed if you want to stream content on Paramount+ outside the borders of the USA.
You can visit the Paramount+ website and stream all the free content when you have your American IP address. But if you want to watch the Europa League and the Champions League, you must purchase a Paramount+ subscription. To do so, you either need an American payment card, or you will need to install the CBS application on your Android device and purchase a subscription using your Google account.
- Paying for CBS All Access with an American payment card.
If you live outside the USA, you don’t own an American payment card (most likely). The easiest way to get one is by creating a USUnlocked account and depositing money. This will give you an American payment card that can be used to pay for services such as CBS All Access, Hulu, Amazon Prime videos, PeacockTV, and more.
If you follow these instructions, you can also purchase a cheap PeacockTV Premium subscription ($5 per month) which will let you watch Premier League football online as well!
- Paying for CBS All Access with a Google account.
This is an easy method. You need to download the CBS All Access application manually to your Android device (as you will be unable to find it in the Google Play Store since your Google account isn’t registered in the USA). You can download it manually from here. Make sure to keep the VPN running on your Android device while connected to a USA server. When the CBS application is installed, purchase your CBS All Access subscription and pay using the payment method connected to your Google account. It doesn’t have to be issued in the USA.
You should now be ready to watch the Europe League online on CBS All Access.
This is currently the best way I know of to watch the Europe League online. I hope these instructions have helped you and that they will bring you lots of joy. Another great feature at CBS is that they often have a live show during the Europe League matches. If you watch this, you will see the highlights from all the matches while the matches are played. As a result, you will listen to a great team of people discussing the matches, and whenever a goal or something happens in a match being played, they will show it. And when something happens in a different match, they will jump to that match and show those highlights instead.
Above, you can see a screenshot from the CBS program showing highlights from all the Europe League matches being played. Awesome if you want to see all the highlights and goals at once!
You can also watch the UEFA Europa Conference League, Serie A, MLS, and several other football leagues and football competitions on Paramount+. I like Fubo TV, but if you understand norwegian, Eurosportplayer in Norway is much better as they broadcast 90% of all matches, some with and some without commentaries. But, Eurosportplayer in Norway is even better than Fubo TV when it comes to broadcasting the Europe League.
